Presence changed my life. It allowed me to rest. It allowed me to love myself well. Being present with myself brought me to awareness. Awareness led me to love. Love helped me discover the fullness of God and the people around me. And it was there I found my purpose.

Those who are close enough to my heart to see me. Those who build and not criticise. These are the ones who don’t need to use phrases like “I’m telling you this in love;” they just love. They have taken the time to hear my story and discover my character. They are intentional and not occasional. They are present, and they connected to me. In these relationships, I find the “church.”
