Kingdom Collaboration is a gathering designed to create space for deep conversation, honest theology, and transformative encounters with God. This year, we welcome Brian Simmons for a profound and timely exploration of suffering, the love of God, and the power of God revealed through the Book of Job.
Suffering is a universal human experience. Every one of us will face pain, loss, disappointment, and unanswered questions. If suffering is unavoidable, then the invitation before us is this: we may as well learn how to suffer well—not with resignation, but with faith, hope, and trust in a God who is both loving and powerful.
Drawing from his personal journey, years of missionary work, and his unique experience translating the Book of Job for The Passion Translation, Brian invites us into a richer, more honest understanding of suffering. This is not a conversation about quick fixes or shallow answers—but about encountering God in the mystery, through the pain, and beyond the questions.

Dr. Brian Simmons
Passion & Fire Ministries
Brian Simmons and his wife Candice spent many years overseas as missionaries among unreached people groups. After returning to North America, they helped establish several ministries, including Passion & Fire Ministries, and now travel globally serving local churches as Bible teachers.
Brian is the lead translator of The Passion Translation® (TPT) and the author of numerous books. His work is driven by a deep desire to reveal the heart of God through Scripture—bringing the emotional depth, passion, and love language of the Bible to life. His translation of the Book of Job offers a powerful and compassionate lens through which to engage one of Scripture’s most challenging and misunderstood books.
